How Does it Work?
We use pure Aloe Vera gel we harvest from Eastern Washington, combined with a rich blend of medicinal plant extracts, to help lock-in moisture on damaged skin. Our recipe is designed to absorb quickly into the skin to deliver immediate cooling relief.
Aloe Vera gel contains two hormones: Auxin and Gibberellins. These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce skin inflammation. We blend our our pure Aloe Vera gel with another powerful liquid base, Green Tea Extract. Research has established that topical application of green tea leaves or extracts have many benefits for skin, including anti-aging properties. The polyphenols in green tea possess potent antioxidant and skin-soothing properties, and show significant promise for improving the appearance of sun-damaged skin. We then add our special blend of relieving botanical extracts:
- Anti-Inflammatory Botanical Blend
Buds Of Gilliad: It relieves pain, especially the pain from sore muscles, arthritis, and broken bones. It reduces swelling and inflammation. It relieves pain at the nerve level and combined with St. Johns Wort infused oil, it can do amazing things where there are shooting pains, or injuries in the joints or even broken bones. Combine with St. Johns Wort for nerve pain and comfrey for bone healing.
- German Chamomile Extract: Chamomile contains a long list of chemical compounds which are individually known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Bisabolol – An anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-irritant, anti-fungal and non-allergenic. Chamazulene – one of the azulenes, chamazulene is only found in the essential oils of both Roman and German chamomile and is credited with providing the anti-inflammatory properties of both chamomiles.
Note – Don’t use chamomile in skincare if you are allergic to any of the Asteraceae family of plants – these include chamomile, celery, ragwort, daisy, calendula, or chrysanthemum. People who are allergic to this family of plants generally have a reaction to chamomile.
Wild crafted plant extracts, such as chamomile and buds of gilliad, organic green tea distillate, Aloe Vera juice extract, and 30mg of soothing CBD Extract.
