For effects, begin with 7mg – 14mg for anxiety relief. Use 28mg and above for body discomfort.

The Sativa Valley tincture was our family’s second attempt into the CBD realm. We are now thoroughly impressed and will be ordering from this brand again! The Sativa Valley product is far above the oil infusion that we previously purchased from a local, reputable source. At the time of purchase we got a 100mg and the 5-10mg extended release tablets to see which worked best. Hubby prefers the 200mg far and above the others. He uses it mainly for arthritis pain management, but a side bonus is the boost for anxiety/stress relief as he is in a high-stress job. I like it for the anxiety relief, and I do think it helps calm my ADHD quite a lot (which is why I wanted to give this a try).
We got the orange flavor and the strawberry. The tincture with the bite of the citrus may not appeal to some sensitive palettes. The strawberry was decent, although I’ll try a different flavor on the next round of orders.

I started with the pet tincture for my parrot who has severe anxiety which brought along feather plucking and biting (under the supervision of his avian vet).
