Shipping and Returns
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping is calculated based on the weight of individual products and distance of the destination. All packages are sent First-Class Mail and typically arrive in 2 – 3 days.
We ONLY accept returned products if they are unused / unopened. If you are curious about how CBD will effect you, purchase a trial size of one of our products before buying a medium or extra-strength product.
Was your product damaged on arrival? Please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment at time of receipt.
That’s not what I ordered! No worries, simply notify us when you become aware of the discrepancy and we will happily arrange for your correct order to arrive – fast!
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is in BUSINESS DAYS and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders take at least one business day to process before shipping. Some products are handcrafted and may take longer to process (we will notify you if there will be a delay in delivery.)
We do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
